About Us

HRD SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE, established in 2013, aims to provide high-quality education covering both theoretical and practical knowledge. We believe that the teaching and support personnel are pivotal for any educational institution, therefore we continuously endeavor to retain and hire the most proficient and highly qualified staff. The classrooms and laboratories are entirely furnished and adorned with the most advanced tools and are secured as per the most adept safety standards. At HRD, our students are provided with a comprehensive library, auditorium, playgrounds, and many other facilities that would nurture and develop their personalities.

Dr. G. Manohar Reddy leads the management committee with clear vision and well-defined purpose. He is the livewire of the management committee and a man with a mission. Dr. Reddy has a creditable academic record with a gold medal in M.Sc. Chemistry and a doctorate in Physical Chemistry from Osmania University. Dr. Reddy was an active participant in student organization activities and hence has a thorough understanding of the students’ needs very well. This fine blend of academic excellence and proven leadership lends the much needed motivation for the students as well as the young faculty.

A doctorate in Telugu from Bangalore University and a master’s from Osmania University, Dr. K.K.V. Sarma, is the driving force behind the institution. Dr. Sarma is multi-lingual scholar and a powerful and inspiring orator. His insightful knowledge coupled with his worldly wisdom form the foundational principles of the institution.
A spiritually inclined man, Dr. Sarma was born into a family of Sanskrit and Telugu scholars. He is of a pleasant demeanour whose endearing presence motivates students, staff and other management members alike.

Dr. N. Goutham Rao, an efficient manager and an effective leader, is a doctorate in Sociology. He manages the nuances of administration and finances with a high degree of adeptness. He is a simple individual with outstanding academic accomplishments to his credit. He possesses an uncanny ability to be able to accessible to one and all and loves spending time with the students as well as teachers. A right blend of tradition and modernity is reflected in Dr. Rao. Dr. Rao has been actively engaged in social service with a number of academic, cultural and social organizations. He is a life member of Indian Sociology Society, New Delhi, American Studies Research Center, Hyderabad and Osmania Graduates’ Association.

A distinguished, talented, and motivating lecturer, academician, and doctoral student with more than 26 years of experience driven by strong work ethics and zeal to inspire students to pursue academics and personal excellence. Strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment, in which students become enduring learners, scholars, and world-class academicians. Additionally, experienced in employee relationship management, counseling, recruitment, placements management, and development of policies that encourage open communication with colleagues, students, the community, and mentor educators in the creation and implementation of class instruction, lesson plans, and student assessment in conjunction with the government’s learning regulations.
